| This database contains bibliographic information on the periodicals collected by the former Modern China Research Committee, classified under "Western Language," but including also serials published in the languages of South, Southeast and West Asia. | ||
| 3. How to use | ||
| (1) | Enter keywords in either upper or lower case Romanized form. | |
| (2) | The smaller the entry, the greater number of hits, enabling cross referencing of related periodical titles. | |
| (3) | Enter non-English language keywords without any diacritical marks. | |
| (4) | The codes appearing in brackets [ ] at the end of each search result is the call number to be used when requesting titles in the reading room. | |
| (5) | Identical periodical titles with different call numbers will be listed separately. | |
| (6) | Sources may be searched by title, place of publication, publisher, editor, etc. The keyword entered will appear in red in the search results. | |
